I am a trainee counsellor currently studying for a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Integrative
Psychotherapeutic Counselling with Chrysalis Not for Profit, accredited by the National Counselling
Society.

I am experienced in a number of different therapeutic approaches so I can tailor my approach
individually to you and will always work in collaboration and partnership with you at your pace as
you know you best. I will encourage and enable you to express and to explore deeply your thoughts
and feelings.

My role is to help facilitate your awareness of your challenges and accompany you on your journey
to find and increase your strength, resilience and hope for the future - and to support you in your
commitment to understanding you.

I will support you by providing honesty, empathy, respect, kindness and a safe space which is non-
judgemental.

Qualifications:
I am a student member of both the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and the
National Counselling Society. I follow their ethical framework to ensure safety and best practice. I
have regular supervision with a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor.
