A Bit About Me

I am a trainee counsellor studying a Diploma in Integrative Counselling.  My practice is underpinned by the work of Carl Rogers and is influenced by psychodynamic theory.

My clients often call me empathetic and say that I enable them to gain greater clarity. I offer you a space to talk at your own pace, reflecting your feelings along the way. I am non-judgemental and work towards enabling you to explore topics or changes that may feel difficult.

I really understand how hard change can be and recognise that sometimes all you need is the right support helping you gain understanding about yourself and why things are the way they are in your present, perhaps by looking into your past, to enable you to make small changes that have a big impact in your life today.

I believe that we are all unique and I work to meet you where you are and understand exactly what you need.

I have run a private practice since 2017 as a professional anxiety coach and have worked with a wide range of clients including corporate, unemployed, mental health and students. I host workshops on wellbeing and previously have supported other coaches on their learning journey.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling, BACP and undergo regular supervision. I also hold a Diploma in Transformation Coaching, certificates in Coaching with Trauma, Mindfulness with Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Coaching and Existential Coaching.
