Hi my name is Charmian. I am a student counsellor currently working to achieve my
Level 5 diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

I use different techniques from various different counselling approaches to help tailor
our sessions to your needs.

I provide a non-judgemental, safe and empathetic space for you to explore your
thoughts and emotions.

I am a student member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and 
abide by their codes of conduct.

I have regular supervision from an experienced counsellor, who is a qualified
supervisor.

I will always work ethically and respectfully with you to help you to work through your
thoughts and give you time and space to shape a rewarding future.
