I am a student Psychodynamic Counsellor studying for a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Counselling at the University of Essex.

 

Psychodynamic Counselling looks at the unconscious processes that might be at play, helping you to understand your feelings and behaviour and how they might be linked to any past experiences.

If you work with me, I am able to offer a safe and confidential space where together we can explore whatever might be on your mind...A place to explore the world from your point of view, providing a space where you can be assured that you are being truly listened to and understood.

 

I am a student member of the BACP, meaning that I work with the same code of conduct and ethics. I also have regular supervision with a highly experienced Psychotherapist.

Current Training - MA in Psychodynamic Counselling at the University of Essex
BA in Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies
